I wrote that the hill assist doesn't seem to work on very small inclines/unlevel ground. If i'm not paying attention, i'll start to rollback immediately.
I suppose that makes sense... since they aren't technically hills. |
As it's been said - everything depends on incline angle. Hill assist should work when incline angle is higher than 5%.

In New Duster this threshold is equal to - from my observations - 3% (luckily I can monitor the angles in Prestige version).
